Those who take Royal Jelly, a quick question

Is there a difference between the pills and the liquid form? Dr. Google is not really giving me a definitive answer as to which is better and how much I should take.

TIA

  • when I did it, i took pill form. the liquid and I just didn't agree with each other. I don't know what my dosage was - but it was one pill an evening.

  • I take the pill form, but that's because I heard the liquid is hard to get down.  I think Kona has some experience with the liquid stuff.

  • Oh yuck!  The liquid is the best to take but it is the most rancid - gag inducing taste ever. I tried for over a week and quit.  My husband even tried to trick me and put it on my toast one day.  I freaked asking why he gave me rotten bread.  As soon as he started laughing, I figured out his mean ploy.  Even mixing it into smoothies was awful, it completely ruined it.

    Good luck!!!!!

  • OK so I guess I am going to try the pills. I definitely won't be able to swallow the liquid if it is gross. Thanks for the info ladies!
