ideas for a dinosaur themed brunch?

DS is turning 2 in just over a month and DH and I want to do a dinosaur themed party. We're having a brunch (10 - noon ish) and we were thinking of having quiche, salads, fruit, french toast, dinosaur shaped chicken nuggets, breads, and dinosaur cake. Can you think of any way to make the menu more dinosaur themed? There will be a lot of kids around DS's age at the party. Thanks for any tips!

Here's some inspiration, but just make it for a boy.

You could do hard-boiled egg and dye them like a "dinosaur" egg.  Could you get large (like goose or ostrich) eggs for it?  It would serve as decoration and food.

Could u get a dino shaped cookie cutter and cute some of the french toast in dino shapes?
