I thought they might... but then they just said it's been 2 months so I'm not sure.

I almost threw my glass at the tv when Ted said "You've only been trying for 2 months,not 2 yrs."

2 years doesn't sound that long to me at this point!

I don't think they will do IF. Rules of Engagement has an IF story line and I don't know if CBS wants the whole Mon. night line up about it.

IF just seems to be coming up in prime time more and more.   the only thing that makes me think they may go IF is that they've done an awful lot of foreshadowing.  like before they even started trying lilly got all crazy b/c she was afraid she wouldn't be able to conceive.   we'll see.

I just yelled "boo *** hoo" at the TV, lol.  I'm actually mad at fictional characters for complaining about not getting pg in 2 months.

I am OBSESSED with OTH.  I still want to know what Brook's dx is.  how can they say flat out "you can't have kids" unless she's missing a uterus?!?!?!

Me too! I even watch the reruns on SOAP network every day. LOL! Really...what is her diagnosis?!  I don't recall her having any tests or even trying. All of a sudden she just couldn't have kids. I always suspected that she would end up having a baby at the end of the series or something like that.....

I was wondering this same thing!  Although I forsee a miracle pregnancy since they said "can't" and they haven't said what the problem is.

This irked me so bad!  I was like oh okay, thankis for rubbing it in.  It's ridiculous that I am now get pissed a tv show characters for making insensitive comments about IF.

I was so upset when it had only been 2 months and they were so upset. I was actually glad Ted said that, that's it's 2 months not 2 years. I mean it hurts since I know a lot of us have been trying longer, but I liked he knocked sense into them.

It will be interesting to to see if they go full IF. I doubt it though.

I was thinking the same thing when watching it. I really hope they do, although it would suck for Marshall and Lily... you know, because they're real... but it would be great if they would do a good infertility storyline for a change.

umm... anyone else get blindsided by that just a little bit?  I totally stopped laughing and was all sad and serious... then later when they said it had only been two months, it eased my mind a little... ANOTHER show with IF?!  I think it's great... but boy is it difficult to watch!  My older brother lives with us and we have managed to keep our troubles secret from him, so times like that make me uncomfortable.

I really, really hope they do an IF storyline. I love the show and hey, maybe it will help raise some awareness.

I yelled too! DH didn't even flinch as I cussed at the fictional characters about their fictional problems. 2 mos, give me a break. I hope they do an IF storyline though!
