I made angel hair with turkey sausage and sauce with a big green salad on the side. This is usually my "I do not really feel like cooking" meal because it is so easy (and makes tons of leftovers)
I was just thinking the same thing... I have to make dinner tonight. Dh is leaving for a week late tonight so I will probably just fix ds whatever he wants to eat all week and eat random things. I'm in love with pasta these days, so maybe some alfredo pasta with halibut in a basalmic reduction.
We had ribs with rice, beans and bacon, and steamed veggies. I made cupcakes and apple crisp for dessert. If it were me by myself I'd be eating grapes though!
I did veggie quesadillas... spinach, onion & mushrooms plus cheese on a whole wheat tortilla. It's lots of food groups in a tiny package that takes like 5 minutes tops to cook. I was thinking of doing a roasted pepper soup with it but was majorly sugar crashing after running errands so eff getting out the immersion blender.

Ditto to this. Crappy day = Mac and Cheese and mashed potatoes with gravy. Carb overload!
