I'm starting a DE cycle and went in for my baseline. I was on BCP for 12 days and have been on Lupron for 8 days. The nurse called and said everything looked good, e2 was low, everything was normal except my LH was 7 and they like to see it below 4.
I didn't get to ask questions becuase I was running off to a meeting, but do you know why and what it could mean? I'm not finding a lot on Google.
Re: What should LH be at Baseline?
I would get an explanation from your RE. There is also information on wikipedia about high levels. I'm sorry that your bloodwork came in high.
from here
I hope it's a fluke. Like my weird really low FSH a few months ago. I found this information too. I guess, it depends on what your levels have been in the past and if there is a trend, and probably a talk with your RE would be the best option.
To be honest, I don't know much about this.
Are you still able to move forward with your cycle?

and it's been going really nicely!
No, they aren't cancelling and I've never had issues with LH before. They were hoping to reduce my lupron to 5 units instead of 10. They are keeping it at 10, the nurse is going to check with my RE and donor nurse tomorrow.
I guess I just wanted the nurse to tell me everything was great, but that's just not my luck.
I appreciate the feedback.
That's all exciting news and everything is going great! It sounds like you're in good hands and they're keeping a close eye on things.
