If you ordered furniture from JCPenny that was backordered

Check your order online.  They canceled my dresser order without notifying me.  Turns out they switched systems last week and bunch of orders had to be canceled and put back into the system.  They didn't notify me of any new order.  Also, this may have affected their store-pickup notifying service, because my crib has been sitting at the store for a week and no one told me, and they send them back after 10 days.
