We're having a soup and salad potluck at work on Wednesday and I was planning on making Broccolli Cheddar soup. I was planning on cooking it the night before and putting it in a crockpot when I got to work on Wed. to heat it through. Do you think that would turn out ok? TIA!

Yes, I've done that before. Hopefully you'll have time to check it and stir it - I'd recommend starting it out on high and to check it after an hour since if it's been in the fridge all night it'll be cold and take a bit to heat up. Then turn it to low or warm once it reaches the temp you want it to be.
