Graco and BRU has the Clairmont pattern listed as a "New" pattern so I don't think its being discontinued. However considering the price for the carseat is now listed at $160.54 I assume it was a pricing mistake on Walmarts part. If it was a stock issue they usually will notify you and ask if you want to wait for it to come back in stock before they cancel your order. Arggghhh...I've emailed customer service and will report back if I hear back from them!

Wow, I read somewhere it has just been discontinued, but it seems like it was just a screw up. Sorry for my misinformation. I can't believe they would cancel all the orders. That seems like a bad idea as far as bad press goes.
A few people on Jan 11 moms got an email saying that its backordered and if its not in stock in 10 days the order will be canceled. So maybe they will honor so many orders of back order and people who ordered after a number of back orders wont get the seat.
Mine said "processing" all morning and I received an email about an hour ago that the carseat was on backorder and they would let me know when it was shipped...I hope they don't cancel on me either.
unfortunately i already returned the snugride 22 base i had bought on clearance at Target last month for $20, thinking this deal would go through- i don't know why i didn't wait to see if the deal would go through before i did that!
damn now i have to buy an extra base for the snugride i already bought (that i was going to return to BRU on monday)... damn i was excited to be getting the 35 instead of the 22.... :-(

I posted this to a thread above, but I will post it here as well. If your orer says processing, I would check your bank account and see if the charges have gone through. I guess there is still a chance they can refund the charges, but I am assuming they would not take the money until the item has shipped like their email said.
I ordered mine fairly early yesterday morning and the charges have
already posted to my bank account. On the confirmation email I received,
it stated the following:
? If you are paying by credit card or debit card or Bill Me Later?, your account will not be charged until your order ships.
I
paid by debit card, and the charges have gone through, so I guess that means that mine has been shipped
and they didn't cancel it? That's what I am hoping anyways! I was really
excited for this deal!
Sorry to everyone who had canceled orders...but...maybe this is a good thing. I have the 35 and HATE it! It is super heavy and BIG! The only good thing about it is that my *little* guy is big, but at 5 months old the seat stays in my car and I never take it out. If I had to do it over, I would have gone with the lighter 22..
