DH and I brought our girls to the Mall of America for a mini-vaca this weekend and went to IKEA for the first time ever today. I am so in love. We have looked online at cribs and some storage stuff, but seriously I may have to rent a Uhaul to get everything I want to buy home to Kansas City. Seriously, they have some really great stuff at incredible prices. We may have to come back up closer to Christmas without kiddos to do some more shopping.

I work for U-Haul and people rent them for IKEA ALL the TIME!

I IKEA big time.

They are so cheap. In my 4 bedroom house everything except sectional is from Ikea. 

When we got this house we got one of those U-Pack containers and had everything taken from NJ to our state as at that time there was no Ikea here. Thank God we have one no.

I got couple of things for the baby, like towels, changing pad cover, crib shits, etc.

Have fun shopping.

LOVE IKEA!

Most of our furniture is from there. Thank goodness there is one about 30 minutes away.

I LOVE Ikea. We have one in our town and DH are there a minimum of once a month. Sometimes we just go there for the $1 hot dogs and soft serve and wander around when we are bored.

IKEA is one of many things I miss about no longer living in So Cal or NYC/NJ I've had a lot of stuff from there over the years. DH and I would go on rainy days sometimes just to walk around and eat their cheap and delicious breakfast.....mmmm....Swedish pancakes....

Some of their furniture is super inexpensive for a reason (particle board pieces that you self-assemble), but they do have a lot of higher quality items as well.  I have a friend who has one of their cribs and loves it!

I adore IKEA and have several pieces of their furniture that have been with me for 5-6 years and 5 moves, including 2 out of state moves.  Those EXPEDIT shelves are awesome, and we have 3 sets of them.
