Does the City Mini recline all the way back?

I was at a party yesterday and one of the babies fell asleep in his travel system type stroller, which obviously lays all the way back.  I was thinking about getting the City Mini as my primary stroller, but does it lay back, for times when I am out and the baby is ready for his nap?

  • yes and DD was in it at about 2 or 3 months without the car seat.  We got the adapter and used that most of the time but I loved being able to put her in it in without the car seat for walks.

ditto this.  It does (to be safe, I'd say "almost" all the way back - it's almost completely flat but not quite - though certainly flat enough for an infant to sleep).

Also, I know many folks who've had their newborns in there even earlier than 2-3 months sans-carseat.
