THANK you all for the insight.  I took my posts down because of the personal nature of them.  I appreciate all of the thoughtful advice.  I will be using lots of the ideas in the coming weeks.  I knew I would get a variety of thoughts, which is exactly what happened, and I appreciate all of you for taking the time to chime in.
