A 'Y' does not make anything more feminine. Also, Zoe is a purely feminine name already; why would you need to add anything that supposedly makes it more so? No one questions Zoe's femininity as it is, no extraneous 'y's are needed.
No Y. Zoe is Greek and like other well-known Greek names like Daphne, Penelope, Chloe and so on, the E does all the work and makes the long sound. As far as I can tell, Zoey was influenced by the once-popular Joey.

Obviously, Zoe gets my vote.
The answer is always no 'y'.
I don't like the name either way, but I much prefer the Zoe spelling.

I know a Zoe (Z-oh) and Zoey (Zo-ee).
Depending how I wanted it pronounced, and if you were looking for (Zo-ee), I'd go with the Y.

This.
I like Zoe- it's an adorable name!
No matter the name, my answer will pretty much always be "NO Y".
Zoey looks like ZOO-ey. Zoe is a completely feminine name, no Y is necessary.
