Stroller Recommendation Needed

I'm looking for a stroller that can be used on bumpy, "off road" terrain (gravel paths etc).  We have some paths nearby that I'd love to use for long walks, but our travel system Chicco is more of a "mall cruiser".  

Some friends have recommended the Bob Revolution, but those are SO pricey!  And I've checked Craigslsit etc....there are none available 2nd hand that I can find.  Also, I'm not a runner (and with my bad knees I never will be) and just don't think I'd my money's worth out of such a pricey option.

 I appreciate your suggestions.

    I think you would be fine with any basic jogger like the baby trend or the jeep one. It will get you around fine. You would only want a better one for jogging.

    BOB's are on sale at REI this weekend.  I just got mine today!  It was 15% off which ended up being about $60 off.

     Any jogging stroller would be fine.

     We own a phil and ted's and that works well as well.
