Tonight- stuffed shells (were on the menu last week but never got made)
Sunday- DH and I are going out for a business meeting/kids to Grammy's
Monday- sausages and peppers
Tues.- Chicken pot pie
Weds.- paninis and homemade fries
Thurs.- green chicken chili
Fri.- homemade pizza
Last week we had a whole menu planned and never ate any of it. Out of control! This week we are going to eat half of last weeks food I bought. Life is just so busy!

I do the same. I'll plan out a whole month's worth (I shop a month at a time out here in the sticks) and then not stick to it. So I end up with odds and ends by the last week of the month.
As far as shopping goes, it saves money to plan it out!
As much as I hate my current schedule (working 2 jobs) it does make meal planning that much easier.
Sunday: Skillet white beans with tomato and linguine
Monday: Poached eggs and pasta
Tuesday: (I work, no meal planned)
Wednesday: Sweet Potato Stew
Thursday: Take-out, probably sushi or chinese
Friday: (I work, no meal planned)
Saturday: haven't figured out yet.

T= Chicken Spaghetti/ salad
W= Bistek encebollado/ rice/ veggie
TH= Crockpot Meatballs w/ peanut chile sauce/ white rice/ snow peas
F= Chili dogs/ chips
S= Eat out
Sun - steaks, sweet potatoes and roasted broccoli
Mon - crockpot (un)stuffed cabbage and leftover sweet potatoes
Tues - leftovers
Wed - soup and sandwiches (if DS goes to soccer)
Thurs - breakfast for dinner
Fri - burgers and ?
