Hi Ladies! I was here for a few months after the loss of our daughter and recently went on a Bump brake for about a month. I have missed being on here and hopefully it will be okay for me to come back. DH and I haven't "officially" started TTC. Our doctor gave us the green light back in June but recommended I drop a few pounds before we TTC again...so far, I'm almost there, hopefully before the New Year. I've noticed that there are so many new girls here... I'm so sorry for all of your losses

I usually tend to Bump on the weekends and occasionally evenings on weekdays. I'm hoping to get to know all you ladies again.

Be kinder than necessary, for everyone you meet is fighting some kind of battle.

Yes! I started the first week of June, 3 days after I saw my doctor for our follow up. That's when she mentioned I needed to shed 30 lbs at least. I'm 6 lbs away!! Thank goodness! I run 3-5 times a week and love it. Some times I feel as if I don't want to run but still end up doing it and feel greatful afterwords
It was hard getting motivated in the beginning since I couldn't really run long distances at first. Now though, it feels great to finish the 3 miles
Running/walking is great for meditating...I just zone out when I run. Now that you mention knees, mine have also been hurting recently. I think it might be the weather change here in Texas though. I hope your stress goes away soon
