First, I have to say, hats off to you my dear for being such a dedicated, bad ass runner. I was just cleared to start running again by the doc, and I have a very practical question for you:
how do you run if you're still breastfeeding/pumping? I tried to go for a short jog, after pumping, with two very supportive sports bras on and oh my lord my boobs kill. It wasn't fun. Do you just get used to it? Enlighten me, please
