help me plan a GTG between Nov 5-15th

Ok here is the deal I have been picked by Earths Best to host one of their "playdate parties" the only requirement is that it has be be with in that timeline & I have to have 4 moms RSVP before they will send the stuff out. 

Here is a list of stuff each mom will get. I am guess that becuse I signed up under toddler we will only get toddler stuff, but if you have a yonger kid just hold on to this stuff as you will use it some day plus who dose not like free stuff. From what I have see they will only be sending out  things for 4 moms .. but I could be wrong at that I would just hate for not everyone to get stuff.  Let me know what Day & time works best for you. We are really openen just Mon, Wed, or Sunday morning are a no go for us.
