Did u/do u...feel tired while stimming?

I am really lucky, and I am tolerating the meds really well.  BUT, i am sooooo freaking tired!!!

Is this the meds?  I was OK when i was just on lupron (10 units). Now I have dropped to 5 units of Lupron plus my stims.

I am like a zombie.  People keep telling me i look tired, UM thanks for nothing people....I clearly know that!

Think it's the stims?  Poss im just loosing it, and need a nap?

    When I was just on Follistim in the past I was never tired but this cycle I have been. I don't know if adding the Menopur did it or just my crazy, long hours at work. Sorry you are tired! I know how much it sucks.

    Maybe its the Menopur.  It's def NOT the worst side effect...but it hit me like a ton of bricks.  I also don't have a desk job, so i have to be really "on".  Prob why people keep telling me i look like a$$ lol.

    I'm on Follistim, low dose HCG and now Ganirelix and I've been super tired since I started stimming.

    2 years, 2 surgeries, 2 clomid fails, 2 IUIs, 1 loss, IVF #1 - 10/25/10 = BFP!, DS is now 3.5yrs!
    TTC #2 - 6/12 surgery #3, FET #1 & 1.2 = BFN, 12/2012 FET #2 = BFP! DD is 1.5 yrs!
    Surprise! 12/16/14 BFP, loss #2 12/31/14

    I can't wait for the "im getting a divorce" post in 5 years or so because your husbands were fed up with your disgusting chair asses from playing on the knot all day and getting fired 4-5 times for not doing any work. you guys are all winners!! ~ Laur929

    Yes, my meds make me tired.  I can't say which one causes it - I take so much.

    Come to think of it...I was REALLY tired during this last cycle of stims. I was on Follistim+Menopur and Ganirelix. Maybe it is the Menopur? I didn't really notice it at the time, but now I can remember passing out on the couch really early every night. I couldn't keep my eyes open.
    Our 1st IVF miracle, Briggs Sterling, born via c-section due to IUGR and footling breech. 6.5.11. 5:51am. 5lbs 1.5oz.

    Yes! Insanely tired, falling asleep in work meetings, going to bed at 8:30! I asked my RE, he said it had to do with estrogen levels and said it was to be expected. It got better towards the end of stims.

    I have always felt tired while stimming too.  No matter what I stim on, it doesn't seem to matter!

    2/2011 - Confirmed no improvement - On to Donor Sperm
    4 failed IUIs in 2010
    IUI#5 and 6- with DS, BFN
    Final IUI - Lucky #7! IUI with DS - 20.Jun.2011 - 21.5 mil motile! Not so lucky - BFFN and the end of our IF journey....
    Waiting for our family to be complete through Adoption - May 2012 - Hoping our baby finds us soon!

    I can never tell if it's getting up at 4:30 am every day this week to drive to my RE and then to work or if it's the meds.. . . maybe both. :)

    After 7 rounds of clomid and HcG, Three failed IUI's with an ectopic pregnancy, two shots of methotrextate, ER visits, breaks, low (3%) morphology One IVF cycle (lupron, gonal-F) that ended in another ectopic, more methotrexate, A Lap to disconnect both tubes, remove endo and a hydrosalphinx, . . .we are finally expecting TWINS from FET#1!
    1.11. 2011: Beginning FET cycle!
    3.11.11- FET! (DH's birthday!) 2 blasts transfered!
    3.20.11- BETA #1 BFP!!! 272! (9dp5dt)
    3.23.11- BETA #2 1346!!! (12dp5dt)
    4.8.11- U/S #1. . TWINS!!! . . .TWO BOYS!

    yes! i was always tired. i was on gonal-f and menopur.

    while on stims i was in bed/knocked out on the couch by like 930 every night.

    My stims didnt make me tired but PIO turned me into a 95 year old woman who wilts around 4pm and needs a pillow to old her head up haha. I bet you just have lots going on and your body is going thru a lot so you just need more rest!

    P.S. The lupron did make me tired but not as much as PIO!
