anyone else sick?

i've got the same thing my son had a couple weeks ago annnnd it's awful...i always feel terrible for him if i get what he had since inevitably i feel like i push him too hard when he's sick

ear infection and terrible, terrible cough...that just won't quit :(

i pee every single time i cough...which is loads of fun...and just want my bed but am at work (although have yet to do one single work related thing today)...

ob ok'd tylenol cold and i had to go to a walk in for my ear infection...they gave me these ear drops that have steroids...don't feel comfortable taking them so i called my pcp today and they're supposed to get back to me...just out of curiosity, does anyone know (i'm hoping it's this easy) if i can do a z-pack for an ear infection?  obviously i'll wait to hear from my dr but i really hope that they can do that...i can't take this anymore!

    Woke up with a sore throat Wednesday morning and by the end of the day it turned into a full blown head cold. Yesterday was really bad. Sneezing, sniffling, coughing all day long. I actually left work a few hours early so I could put on my jammies, drink some sleepy time tea, and lay in bed. It definitely helped! It's still lingering today and hoping it goes away! Still contemplating doing a half day today just so I can get more rest and really kick this thing!

    yesterday I thought I was having an allergic reaction, so I took a benadryl... and I woke up with a full on cold this morning - headache, congestion, sore swollen throat, sneezing like crazy, ugh. Tylenol was okayed, but I don't want to take it, so I'm just going to take it easy tonight and tomorrow afternoon - hopefully it will go away on it's own.

    I have been battling a head cold since Monday.  I hate sudafed (it makes my heart race), so I have just been downing the fluids and sucking on cough drops the past couple days.  I called out of work yesterday it was so bad, but I am starting to feel a little better.

    Hope you feel better soon!
