Update on Me

Well I went to the RE yesterday and we have a plan.  We are going to Cycle in November. We are going to be more aggressive this time.  He is concerned about the fact that my eggs are therebut not mature, so he will be triggering me with Lupron and HCG to make sure that get all nice and finished before they reach in and get em.

My U/S looked great and then we took some labs.  The nurse called later and said that my FSH was slightly elevated (It was 10.4and they like it to be 9) but my RE was not worried about that.  I had a mini breakdown but now I am a little better (thanks Worms).

 Plus we are completely OOP this time which sucks. (They may cover some monitoring.  All in all I was happy with my appointment. I meet with the nurse to know exactly what meds I will be taking.

So IVF#3 looks like is on (oh man I can't believe I just wrote that). I really hope this works!

I love yall...but I gotta get outta here.

   WooHoo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm so very happy to hear this Koyn.  I hope the new protocol is just what you need to get a bunch of very sticky, mature eggs.  I'm sorry about the OOP (sucks!)  and the elevated FSH.  Your FSH is so close to what they like to see that I hope it's a non-issue or a very minor one.

    You've got a happy Monty cheerleader in your corner, If good thoughts = BFsP's your upcoming cycle will be a huge success.

I'm so excited to see you have a plan!!  My FSH is always a little high, so they can work with that...and OOP totally sucks, so hopefully you get a little coverage for monitoring and stuff.  I hope the Lupron and HCG help mature those eggs and this lucky #3 does the trick.  GOOD LUCK!!!

Sounds like a good plan!  I find I always feel better (about EVERYTHING) with a plan in place.
