So this post isn't as much about when to go to my doctor, as how to get a fever down while I'm pregnant, outside of just taking Tylenol.
I'm running a fever around 100.2, which normally I wouldn't worry too much about, but now I would like to get it down as quickly as possible.
Creative suggestions? (I already did the Tylenol thing...)
Re: Fever: How high is too high?
My OB told me I didn't need to be concerned about a fever unless it reached 102 and couldn't be brought down with Tylenol.
If your concerned call the on call Dr.
2 fingers of whiskey over ice?
ok ok maybe not. hoenstly other than tylenol not really sure you can do much, maybe get run a wash cloth under cold water and put that on your head or wrists to help cool you down?
I always do a cool shower and then loose light clothing after. My OB told me I shouldn't be concerned till 101 and if it doesn't come down with tylenol.
Feel better
This is the same thing I was told.
