Natalie has been PT day and night now for over 3 months. She hasn't had an accident in 2 months until this week. She's started peeing in the bed at night again -- twice last night including once 10-15 min after she had just peed on the potty before going to bed. She's also holding her pee awhile before she'll release when she sits on the potty. I know toddlers can have PT regressions but is it possible peeing in her bed and holding her pee when she sits on the toilet is a sign of a UTI? I can't figure out what else might be causing this regression. Nothing has really changed in her routine.

Well, she doesn't have a UTI, thankfully, but she does have some irritation so he's having me put some cream on it for a few days and he's going to run a culture on her urine. I should know in a few days if it's anything more (she did have some elevated white blood cells when they tested the urine). So it's either an infection or just normal toddler regression.
I was pretty proud of her. She peed into the cup in the dr. office! I didn't think I'd be able to get her to do that, let alone pee in a public toilet (she hasn't yet with me).
