Just thought I'd post to see if any of you MS moms are still checking this thread. I just found out I'm pregnant (5 wks) and live in McComb, MS (Southwest). I'm also pretty new to MS. My husband is from Natchez, but I'm from So. California, so it would be great to talk to some moms from the area!

Well I'm new to the pregnant part but I've lived in MS all my life.  I'm in the Northwest corner. I'm happy to say that I've made it to 32 weeks of my very 1st pregnancy and there's not one part that actually gets easier with time. Trust me!! I've had an easy pregnancy, however, my dad and boyfriend had my morning sickness, my strange cravings, and now the heart burn.  I hope you're just as lucky. If not I'm sorry!

I live in South MS. as well . I am married and we are expecting baby # 5. Yes I said # 5. No we are not crazy. We love having a large family , our children always have someone there to look out for them other then us parents , b/c we cannot always be there w/ them. All of our children are boys so we are really hoping that baby 5 will be a girl , but healthy is still most important to us. My boys' ages are 12  7  3  and 2. Our youngest is a special needs child and the sweetest child you could ever meet. Well that is a lil bit about me and my family. I wish you all the best and congrats on all of your babies .

Hi! My name is Carol-Ann. I'm from Hattiesburg, MS. I'm currently 36w pregnant with my 3rd child. My children are 3 (boy) and 9 month old (girl). This baby is another boy we are so happy to be welcoming another lil one into our family (although we weren't expecting to have our kids quite this close in age).

I am from the Brookhaven area, well actually Wesson which is 8 miles north of Brookhaven. For those who don't know where that is: an hour south of Jackson, or 30 mins north of McComb, or 60 miles from anywhere with a chick-fil-a, which I am currently craving (mmmmmmm....)
