I don't care for the organic AIOs that much because they're not stay dry and LO soaks them fast. You can't add absorbency, which I don't like.
I do like my OS 3.0s and 4.0s though. I can fit a lot in them for overnight. I also really like the sized AIOs. They're very trim, and extremely daddy and sitter friendly. When family watches LO, they are the first diapers they reach for. I also like that they are a stuffable AIO, meaning they have a pocket opening where you can add extra inserts should you need to.
If you get any of the BG sized AIOs, don't get the XS because LO will out grow them very fast. Start with the smalls.

The 3.0 with hook & loop are always the last diaper I reach for in our stash (we have BG 4.0 with snaps, Blueberry pockets, and FB OS).
