DE ladies question

Does your RE update you on the progress of your donor? Our donor started stims on Monday & Im just curious how she is progressing but I don't want to call & be "the pest."

6/2010-IVF #1 Cancelled after ER b/c 0 eggs recovered
On to Donor Eggs
9-30-10 IVF w/ DE begins & Donor started stims 10-4-10
Donor ER 10-14-10 14 Fertilized Eggs ~ ET 10-17-10 (7 Frosties)
IVF #1 11-18-10 M/C @ 7 Weeks~Stopped growing @ 5 Weeks
FET #1 2-1-2011

    I have never had a donor, but I would call!!  I am sure you are paying a lot of money for this!!  You have every right to know the progress :-).
    Stopped BCPs December 2008 TTC since June 2009 6 unsuccessful Clomid cycles Dx Annovulatory due to PCOS January 2010 DH-perfect 4 unsuccessful IUIs Began Lupron July 7 for first IVF IVF cancelled; overstimulation and coasting lead to huge drop in E2 New testing with an Endocrinologist...perhaps a new diagnosis... So, not PCOS but Hashimoto's Thyroiditis November 2010 After a looong break, started seeing a new RE. Gearing up for IVF 1.2. Beta 1=197!! BabyFruit Ticker image

    Yes, I was able to get information about her suppression check and Day 5and Day 8 monitoring appointments. I even got a day-of report of her retrieval.
    Forty-something TTC since 12/2007 3 failed IVFs DE cycle #1: BFP then D&E at 12 weeks due to neural tube defect DE cycle #2: Chemical FET #1: BFN Lining issues, pursuing adoption

    Don't be too disappointed if they don't have much news for you tomorrow though. If she's only been stimming since Monday, they may not have to report with only three days of stims. Good luck!

    I think my biggest thing will be wanting to know when she does her trigger shot so I can estimated better when the transfer is. I think too that I want some piece of mind knowing that she is showing up & not having her go MIA like the last one.

    True, if she hasn't been in for an appointment, they won't have any news to report.

    We got quite a few updates along the way.  As soon as they were able to count follicles, they called me each day with an update and also gave me estimates of when the trigger/ER would be.

    My Donor starts stims on 10/23 and I guess I assumed this is how it would be.  Although, now I think I'm going to confirm :)
