On Bed Rest

Hey ladies,

I know it's been a while since I've posted, and I'm sorry! It's been crazy with DH deployed trying to find time to get on an post with everything else I've been doing. And then Thursday, I took a turn for the worse and started contracting and going into labor at 24 weeks, 5 days. I have been at the hospital since then on bed rest. They moved me to the antepartum unit and that's where I've been ... and will be... until further notice.

I was 2 cm dilated and they although they got the contractions to stop, they can't get my cervix to stop effacing. They're trying to keep Ella in there until at least 28 weeks... hopefully to 32 weeks.

Just wanted to keep you posted and ask that maybe you throw some thoughts and prayers my way to keep this little one in there at least another 2 and a half weeks!
