hi. mostly a lurker here. we are waiting for an adoption match. so far, our front runner of a boys name is:

Caleb Witt O. (Witt is my maiden name).

For a girl, I am leaning towards: (all family names)

Claire Deborah

Claire Sylvia

I agree.  Claire Deborah is also not bad, I just like Claire Sylvia better.

I'm not a big fan of the name Caleb but I do like using your maiden name as a middle name. I prefer Claire Sylvia to Claire Deborah but they're both pretty nice.

I agree with the Syvlia and Deborah, that why they will be a middle name, after either my grandmother or cousin who has passed away.

I'm the only person on this planet who dislikes Claire, so disregard my opinion on that one. But I love Sylvia!

Love love love Caleb Witt!  I also love Claire, and while the middle names are NMS I like them because they are family names.  Claire Sylvia flows better IMO.

I struggle with the names too. I could use other S or D names, but I kind of feel like if you are honoring someone, then use the actual name.

 And thanks for the Caleb Witt feedback. I had the idea of using my maiden name as a real name recently, and needed a reality check that it would work.
