We've always used the Nuby sippy cups with Ava and from time to time we have to replace the spouts b/c they're silicone and they start to wear. Recently I went to BRU to get new spouts and when I got them home I realized they were slightly different and didn't fit her cup, even though they were called the same thing, which made me think Nuby just changed the style and is no longer making the cup or spout the way they did when I bought Ava's cups 2 years ago. When I went to return the spouts to BRU, I checked out the cups and sure enough it is also different, so I guess Ava's cup is now obsolete??? I've also checked Target and Kroger, and they also only have the new style of cups/spouts. Basically, since I can't find her spouts, I have to buy all new cups which I really don't want to do, so I'm wondering if anyone has seen these spouts anywhere? It annoys me that they still show these are their website but I can't find them anywhere. When I clicked on the where to buy tab, it only tells me where to buy Nuby products in general, not specifically what I am looking for.

Re: s/o sippy cups... dilemma
I am having a similar problem with the Nuby spouts, Kessler. DD loves chewing on them, so I have to keep buying new cups + lids, even though we only need the lids! DD won't drink out of anything else. I didn't know the style spout had changed.
We have been buying them (old version, apparently) at Target and Kroger. (never knew you could find separate spouts??? If so, I need to find them because I have a ton of cups and like 3 lids!)
Sorry I'm not much help, but I will keep an eye on your thread for ideas!
You can buy replacement spouts, straws, etc., etc., for these cups. I contacted Nuby last month about buying replacement straws because I couldn't find out how to just order the straw itself. Here's a copy of the email I received. The product numbers she is referencing are specific to what I was asking about, but I'm sure that you can order the tops you're looking for from the places she lists in the email.
Dear Katie Smith:
In an effort to better serve you, we have expanded our distribution of the replacement spout and straw items that many of you have been ordering directly from us. As a result of this change, we will no longer be accepting orders for the replacement straw and spout items here at the main office.
The replacements, as well as some of our other best selling Nuby items, are now available through the following websites: www.babybungalow.com /1-866-769-2229 and www.goodforthekids.com, and https://shop.nubysippycup.com. For consumers outside the United States, other arrangements may be necessitated to achieve proper consumer satisfaction. Most Retail stores prefer to sell the complete product rather than the replacement parts.
Replacement straws are packaged with just the top and bottom straws. The extender and brush are not sold here in the USA. Also, we have a cap replacement kit which includes the cap and 3 part straws.

Yeah, I've bought the replacement spouts before (from BRU, Target, etc)--the problem is that they no longer sell the replacement spouts that fit the cups we already have--so I was looking for that one in particular. The websites she listed look like the same kind that they now sell in BRU/Target that don't fit. They basically look the same but are ever so slightly different, so they don't work. Boo!
Kessler, I would try contacting Nuby directly. I used the "contact us" page on their website (www.nuby.com), and this is the response I got from the company. Maybe she can tell you a specific product number to look for if you tell her what cups you have.
The thing I found most helpful here is that I wasn't referred to a store, but to sites that the manufacturer recommends directly. So I would definitely go that route.
