alternatives to Gatorade?

I know I've seen them listed here before (smart water? skinny water?) but I can't remember what is the best without loading up on massive calories.  I figure it would be a good idea to have a few bottles of something on hand in case I need them next week, any recommendations?

Re: alternatives to Gatorade?

  • They make a low cal option for Gatorade and Powerade. The gatorade one is G2 I believe, and the powerade one is powerade zero.

  • G2 is the lo cal gatorade.  I prefer zico, which is all natural coconut water and only 60 calories.  No weird coloring etc.

  • You can also drink tomato juice to help with OHSS symptoms.

  • Coconut water, no chemicals, but I don't like the taste.

  • Someone mentioned a water at Whole Foods called Sport O Water that I have been meaning to try.

  • I don't like Gatorade either.  I drank G2 purple during my IVF cycle and it wasn't too bad.
