best place to buy party supplies?

Having a pirate theme for DS 4th bday.  Only 3 little kids coming, so I hate to buy a dozen pirate hats, 72 pirate tattoos, etc.  Then again, if I find them in a store, they'll be $5 a piece!  I may be stuck with either option, but thought I'd ask here first.  Oriental trading, Amazon, others??

    I always start at the dollar store because you never know what random stuff they will have. Iparty has some stuff sold individually too and pretty sure I have seen pirate theme stuff there before.

    oriental trading is my go to place, they have the best prices.

    or check the dollar section at target.  since it's halloween, you may be able to find some pirate stuff there.

    Michaels or Jo ann (usually Michaels) has this kind of stuff, my SIL got a bunch of pirate stuff for our Disney Cruise since they had a pirate night.
