We're hosting a Sunday morning party (10am) for 27 people. I said brunch would be served. I'm leaning heavily towards the breakfast end of brunch, and would prefer to have only/mostly foods which can be served at room temperature (so I'm not cooking/heating things up while people are there).
These are my ideas so far: bagels, 2 types of muffins, croissants with chocolate, coffee cake, fruit salad, quiche, salad (someone's bringing this), dip (someone's bringing this), cake, juices, sodas, coffee, tea, water.
Any other recommendations? I feel like there's a gap and I worry we won't have enough (when in reality we usually have far too much food).
TIA for any input!

When we do brunch, the room temp foods we serve are bagels, muffins, fruit pizza, crackers/cheese, roll-ups, and cocktail shrimp.
Good luck!
