Hi Ladies- they just stopped selling the bouncer I wanted (Maclaren Rocker Bouncer thing), so I'm back to square one. Which one do you guys have, or which did you register for and why?
TIA!

FP Rainforest Bouncer. We also had a FP Nature one that didn't actually bounce- just vibrated. He didn't like that one very much- he really liked that bouncy feeling.
i saw your rocker at TJ Maxx, you could probably find it on clearance if you do some digging. Anyhoo, I say go with the FP bouncers. I have a baby einstein one and it is okay but I really like the precious planet one and would do that if I had to do it all over again.
I have the Maclaren and my son does not enjoy it because it does not actually bounce. It just vibrates and rocks i you rock it. The only good thing about it is the awning for sitting outside. After trying 4 bouncers, the only one that was a true lifesaver for us is the Fisher Price Aquarium. I think they have a newer version called Ocean Wonders. I like that I can bounce it- the only way to calm my fussy son down- although it can be a pain that I have to do it. He just loves watching the bubbles and lights and can be self soother too. My advice is get one that actually bounces. There is a new one out by Bright Starts that actually automatically bounces.

We have the FP Rainforst one, it gets fantastic reviews and was hard to track down, both Target and BRU were sold out for a time online. I finally found it at Walmart and it was actually cheaper than the other two places.

We have had 2 Fisher Price bouncers and they were great. I would stay away from the "infant/cradle/papasan" ones, as they don't get to use them long enough. They look great for a newborn, but don't work as well when they get bigger and can start interacting with the toys hanging from it, etc. The vibrating bouncers are a MUST & we used them from the day we brought our babies home!!
