when you pulled that muscle in your chest, what did the doc tell you ( if you went, I dont remember)

I dont want to bother the clinic if I dont have to, Im down there A LOT for C anyway.

    When I went they gave me medication and told me to rest. Damn, it hurt so bad I hope to never ever relive it again.(Ive done it more than once so chances are it will happen againCrying )

     

    Oh, and hot/cold packs but I didnt do them because the worst part was under my boob and well, nothing was going to get through that big ol thing to my muscle lol
