Anyone checked out the FP IXL or Vtech Mobi go?

I am looking into them for DS for Christmas, just wondering if anyone had any thoughts either way. 

Everything DS wants for Christmas this year is expensive!  I thought I had a couple more years, he's only 3!

    I was looking at them the other day and I think am going to go with the FP IXL. Both my kids really like the Ipod when I let them use it and I felt it was the most "like" an Ipod. Plus I like that it's smaller so it's easier to carry around on vacations, etc when I imagine it will get the most use.

    We got Allison the FP IXL for x-mas.  I like that you can look at pictures on it and listen to music.
