    I've never heard of this name before but looked it up on behindthename.com and it is a real name. That being said here are some ides.

    Honestly, I think this name sounds pretty feminine (not that I would rec. it for a girl) so I would go with a really masculine middle name-

    I love love love the name Rylan.  My DS was going to be named that but we decided on Ryder instead.  I never had a middle name picked out to go with it though, so I can't be of help. lol

    This. The only Rylan I have met was a girl. Not that it is a good girl name. I think it is horrible for a girl ... but the added 'l' makes it sounds pretty feminine. Not a "guy" name at all.

    This is actually one of our top choices...for a girl though.  I think it could work for a boy as well, but as the PP said, I would go with a masculine middle name.  The first two that come to mind for me are Daniel and James.
