K - did I ever tell you how much we love the brussels sprouts and bacon pasta?? I've made it at least a half dozen times since you gave me that recipe. Even Jack will eat it
so far this week all I've got is:
chicken and andouille gumbo w/ rice (never made this before!! a little nervous)
These posts always make me feel like such a slacker
Me too! DH is at work anywhere from 3-4 nights a weeks (he's gone 24 hours at a time) it makes it very had to plan meals. Every once in awhile I'll plan a few meals if I know he'll be home a few days that week...but it's so hard coming up with stuff that doesn't use ingredients that will go bad before I get to it. I'm not the type to go to the store to just grab a few things every few days. Most of the time we just feed Noah and come up with something random on our own. It sucks having a DH who doesn't work a traditional schedule!
Re: What's for dinner this week?
