I would say anywhere from 5am-9am. But really some kids have to get up early because their parents have to go to work and some don't. Mine sleep until 730ish, but I'm a SAHM so I'm not trying to get to work.

DD is up between 5 and 6 every morning. She's also in bed by 6:30 at night. I've tried to get her to sleep later with no success. She's just an early riser.
My DD gets up at 7:30. She wakes before that but she is perfectly content til I get up at 7:30. Like others said, I'm a SAHM, so I'm not trying to get to work. Otherwise, she'd be up much earlier.
My DD goes to bed at 6:30 and is up at 6:00-6:30. I would love for her to go to bed later and get up earlier but I work M-Th and we have to leave the house by 7:15.

DS wakes up around 9:30am, but goes to bed at 9pm (so later than many babies/toddlers). I SAH too, so no need to get up early right now. He's basically been on the same schedule since the beginning.
I'm sure in time his bedtime will become earlier and he'll wake up earlier, but for now it works great for all of us.
Re: wake up time for LO question...
Generally, DD gets up between 630-715a. She sometimes gets up as early as 530a but usually only 1-2 days and back to normal time.
I work from home and don't usually have calls until 9am at the earliest so weren't not in a big rush.
