Caramel Chex Mix

You will need a microwave safe bowl/container with a lid that fits 8 cups of corn or rice cereal

1 cup butter
2 cups brown sugar
1/2 cup Karo syrup
        boil all together for 1 1/2 minutes

Add in 1 tsp baking soda, stir well---pour over cereal in microwavable bowl, stir well.  Put in microwave and turn on for 1 1/2 minutes, stir, reapeat 3 times.  Pour the mixture over wax paper and spread out to cool.  Add in m&m's! 

 

This is SO yummy and takes about 10 minutes to do! Enjoy ladies!

This does sound really yummy! Thanks for sharing. I may just have to try this the next time we sit down to watch a movie instead of the usual popcorn.
