Exactly. Our commute was about 30-40 minutes at the time.
Little diaper bag they gave us in the hospital. I do throw a little ice pack we have in there but our commute is only 5 minutes so it doesn't really matter.
also used that little diaper bag from the hospital, it was the perfect size for 6-8 bottles (which is what I had to pack when they were small) and then as they started solids, there was room for a couple containers of food too.
I use a regular lunch box that can hold the 3 bottles I send, and I use regular ice-packs. The commute is only 10 mins, so I could have gone without, because they go straight into their refrigerator. But I like to just have those ice packs in there.
I have a 15 minute drive to day care and I freeze my BM so I just stick it in the "daycare bag." My daycare is awesome because I just leave the bottles with them and they wash them and fill them. I also just leave a can of formula to supplement the breast milk.

We've been to a total of 4 daycares. I think one or two of them had us bring our own bottles, the others provided. Either way, the powdered formula can stayed there with the bottles and they made the bottles as DC were hungry and washed them there. Never did I carry the bottles back and forth daily.

Ditto insulated lunch tote and I put ice packs in there because I put it and DS's diaper bag into DH's car before I leave for work (which is 45 minutes before they leave for daycare).
