I am really glad I found this board. I just had a daughter in August and belong to that month board and I also post on Babies 0-3. I always felt like I couldn't discuss my older child like I want to b/c of course everything is all babies most of the time on those boards. 

Anyway, I'm in Texas and my 6yr old daughter is from a previous relationship than my DH. Just wanting to say Hi and looking forward to getting to know this group!

I feel the same way you do.  I am expecting in Nov and my daughter from a previous marriage is 7, almost 8 yrs old.
