Dandruff help PLEASE

Ever since I became pregnant I have been steadily having worse and worse dandruff, I tried head and shoulders, and basically every type of dandruff shampoo I can get my hands on, and nothing's working.  Anyone else having this problem, or better yet found a solution?

DH uses extra strength coal tar shampoo. Smells HORRID but between that and his Rx topical for psoriasis it works.  I don't know which shampoos you are allowed to use while pregnant though.  I wonder if an oatmeal based shampoo would help?

Are you drinking enough water? Sometimes that helps me w/ my dry scalp and dry lips, but sometimes its just your hormones and the weather and you just have to wait it out. There are some moisturizing scalp treatments you can do, maybe take a trip to Target or Sally?

I've been having this problem too. And mine is so severe I have a couple of bald spots on my head because of it.  You can't use T-Gel or any kind of coal tar shampoo during pregnancy.  I did a lot of research and it seems that the ones that contain Zinc Pyrithione as an active ingredient are safe.  I think this is whats in Head & Shoulders and the new Fructis AntiDandruff shampoo.  Seems to be helping me a bit

I use T-Gel once a week to keep my scalp in check. I don't think it will hurt the baby if you only use it sparingly. I've been using it since before I got pregnant and I've continued to use it and my LO is healthy and fine.

I had that with DD - I switched shampoos and finally found one that helped (Dove) but I have a feeling it's different with every person.
