I have a bed (size) ? (XP: TTGP)

When we moved DD to a "big girl" bed, we bought a twin size bed.  She's always been a mover and shaker when she's sleeping, but lately she's been falling out of bed, waking up off and on all night, ect. (just sleeping HORRIBLE).  We've adjusted bedtime, pjs, and other things that we thought might be affectiong her sleep.  My DH came up with the brilliant idea that maybe it's the size of her bed (he thinks she might need a full), So for the past 4 nights, we've put her to bed in her own bed, then moved her (sleeping) into the guest room (it's a full).  Well, she's back to sleeping like a rock. (yay!) So obviously DH thinks it's the answer, but I'm still iffy on the whole thing.

Soooo...

What size "big kid bed" did you get or do you plan on getting? Why?

Any thoughts to if you think it's a good idea or not? Why/why not?

TIA!!!

Edit: For spelling since I c/p and didn't run spell check!

My kids are on twins but I'm a big fan of whatever works. Have you put a railing up?

We did, but she kept bashing into it and waking up.  It's almost like she needs the room to wiggle? (If that makes sense)

I'd keep her in the bigger one if she sleeps the best there.
