rain shield

Do you own a rain shield? I have a citi mini stroller and really do not want to spend $40 on a rain shield. Do you know of any cheaper ones that would fit over the stroller just fine? I don't go out in the rain a lot but just in case.

    My stroller came with one but I've never used it. If I lived somewhere where I walked more often than used the car I would buy one. So far I haven't had to go out in the rain, but if you walk most places it would probably be useful.
