I think I just cancelled out my walk...

Took the pup for a nice 1/2 hour walk at 6, came home, and had a nice plate of stroganoff for dinner. It was tasty, but I think I just ate all the calories I burned on my walk.

    yeah... my day today: 

    breakfast: pumpkin pancakes with syrup

    lunch: a banana

    after lunch: big bowl of pumpkin ice cream

    (walk)

    dinner: stroganoff

    I don't think I stood a chance (calorie wise) today!
