Today was DS1's first snack day at preschool and i FORGOT it!!!!  He came home with his Oct. calendar so i was looking on it to figure out when he had snack in Oct.....and he doesn't ......and suddenly I was like SH!T!!!!  Looked on the Sept. and it was today.  DS2's class sends a reminder in their folder the day before they have snack, guess, DS1's doesn't, whoopsie!!!  DS1 was all proud of himself b/c he got to pass out the paper towels today for snack too, poor thing.  I know there are a ton of worse mistakes to make, but it was his first day and I feel bad for forgetting about my little guy!!!!  Ok thanks for letting me vent about it!

I did that once when DD first started preschool.  They never even said anything to me.  I just brought extras the next time of things they could use in a pinch.  Don't worry about it.  It happens to everyone.  DD's school now has snack week, so you only do it 2X a year.  Much better.  They also send a basket home, which helps.
