How's THIS for preparation
I'm meeting up my friends for drinks.
I just called the restaurant, got the manager, and told him my story "hi, I'm pregnant, but don't want to make a "I"m not drinking tonight" stint and don't want my friends to know - can I ask for a margarita but you ask the bartender to make me a virgin one?".
Manager was super cool and told me not to worry, to flag him down discreetly and that he'd take care of me.
And then that he'd bring out two congratulatory desserts with "Happy and Healthy 9 months" written in frosting... but laughed.
I love it.
Drinks with friends without having to lie and say that I am on antibiotics - rules!
