whats for dinner tonight

i am slowly running out of ideas for this little guy and he is uber picky and eats the same stuff all the time...i need some new ideas...dairy, egg, nut and seed free, please :)

  • I give DD rice with peas,carrots & corn, spagetti or lasagna with meat, pancakes or biscuits and gravy (if we are having breakfast for dinner) grilled chicken with some veggies and well..that's all i can think of at the moment.

  • tonight we're all eating together -- I usually end up cooking 2 meals because DH get's home late, but I'm so tired of being a short order cook!

    We are having turkey tenderloin, mashed potatoes, corn, and cooked carrots.

  • Tonight (well actually I just put it in the oven) I am roasting a whole chicken. ?I put butter under the skin (but you can use olive oil instead) and used paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt and pepper to season it all over. ?We will have steamed veggies with orzo pasta as well. ?I can smell the chicken cooking now and it smells delicious!!
  • easy night...tortellini soup per DH's request.  It's just chicken stock w/ tortellini and spinach.
  • chicken with olives, rosemary, sauteed in chicken broth and some white wine, brown rice with some veggies and parmesian cheese

  • Cabbage leaves stuffed with rice pilaf, ground turkey and tomatoes simmered in a light tomato sauce.  I'll steam some veggies on the side as well.

  • It's steak night for me and DH so I'm grilling a few ribeyes and having some steamed veggies.  I can't get DD to try anything new to save my life so she'll probably have the same thing she eats pretty much ever day.  Rice, maybe some pieces of grilled chicken, pureed green beans.

  • Tonight I am roasting a whole chicken, mashed potatoes with gravy, and spaghetti squash.  Last night I made cheezy ham over rice. Saute 1 Cup of diced peppers, onion, and celery, add 2 12oz. cans of evaporated milk, 3 to 3.5 cups shredded cheddar cheese, 2.5-3 C diced ham, 1.5 tsp worchestire sauce, 1.5 tsp dry mustard, 1.5 tsp farlic powder, 1/4 tea red pepper, heat until cheese is melted. Make a mix of corn starch and water and add slowly to thicken sauce. Serve over cooked rice. Yummy!
