I am hatating on my human pig cubemate who is sick and hacking everywhere.  Since he generally has poor personal hygiene I know he is not using the crook of his arm to cough into, is probably not even covering his mouth and is probably also not washing his hands.  I have sanatized so many times today my hands burn.

I am hatating on being stuck at the office alone during a busy lunch hour taking calls (coworker went home sick) because other people who are supposed to support me and back up the phones are too busy IMing friends to log on to the fvcking phones. I wanted to go home cause I am not feeling good, but I will also be the only one on the phones for the last hour that I am scheduled.

I'm hating on the rep from Sallie Mae (who I could barely understand). I just spoke with her for 21 minutes. I cannot stand outsourcing, especially when it is an important financial call!

What gives? Is it poor design? Poor craftsmanship? Did the makers of children's products simply quit caring about quality and safety? Is the lowest bidder always the way to go?

It would be far easier for me to answer a question about what I'm not hatating on - I am in a miserable bitchy mood today and am hatating on about everything.

My hatation today is direct to the person I'm training to cover my desk while I'm out.  I dearly love her as a person, but she's annoying the crap out of me today.  I'm going on maternity leave in the next couple of weeks and she's clinging to me like one of those sticky octopus things you used to get out of the machines at the grocery store and throw against a pane of glass.  She's asking me questions about the stupidest things and she refuses to do anything on her own without my explicit instructions.

She's going to have to go it alone after I'm gone, so she may as well just start now and I'll be here if she has any actual questions.  Not a reiteration of something I trained her on 3 months ago and she's done 50 times since.

I was dying over this one! (All too often, I see friends on FB sharing others' good news before they can even get their asses home from the hospital to recover and sometimes, they do, in fact, post pictures...withOUT permission from the parents.) Very strange.

As someone who works in financial aid, I can join you in hating on Sallie Mae. They suck all around, even with the schools. I remember when they started outsourcing, it was a media shitstorm.
