I'm trying to get back in shape and have been really proud of how well I'm doing. But today I just had no energy and couldn't even finish my simplest work out (just 30 min on elliptical).
I'm the kind of person that gets discouraged and gives up easily on fitness stuff so please tell me it is okay to have an off day and that tomorrow (25 min run) will be better!
