The bottoms of my DD's (age 2) feet are peeling. She hasn't had blisters, and it's her entire feet, not just her toes so I don't think it is athlete's foot. Plus, it doesn't seem to be itchy or bothering her. It's almost like the kind of peeling after you have a sunburn.
I googled, which of course is a terrible idea. Anyone have this happen??
Re: Toddler feet peeling?
Does she have eczema?
No. In fact, she has beautiful skin, not dry at all. I'm baffled by this!
The bottom of my feet peel like crazy, there is nothing wrong with them, it just happens! I have noticed it happens usually twice a year, when it changes from summer to winter and from winter to summer. I think I'm like a snake, just getting my new skin, LOL! It happens to my brother and sister too, maybe a genetic thing?
(BTW, we all have really nice soft skin too.)
Thanks, glad to hear it's not just her! LOL @ a snake, that's what I was thinking!
I've been lotioning them up with socks at night, and if it doesn't improve, I will call the pedi next week.
Thanks again
